Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once we receive a 50% deposit of the total package price. This deposit is non-refundable but can be used for an exchange for future dates if necessary.

  2. Payment: Payments can be made through our website using PayPal, credit, or debit cards. All payments are processed in CAD, and any currency conversion fees will be the responsibility of the client.

  3. Cancellation and Refund Policy: We understand that plans can change. While the deposit is non-refundable, we are happy to accommodate changes for future dates within a 6-month window from the original booking date, subject to availability. A change date penalty may apply.

  4. Accommodations: Accommodation details will be provided closer to the travel dates. We strive to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Please let us know of any specific requests or preferences in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

  5. Class Schedule: The class schedule will be provided upon arrival. We aim to provide a diverse and enriching experience, and we may need to adjust the schedule to ensure the best possible experience for all participants. Any changes will be communicated to you as soon as possible.

  6. Travel Insurance: We highly recommend that you obtain travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances such as trip cancellations, delays, or medical emergencies.

  7. Behavior: We strive to create a welcoming and respectful environment for all participants. We reserve the right to refuse service or accommodation to anyone behaving in a disruptive or disrespectful manner.

  8. Liability: While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and well-being during your stay with us, we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur.

  9. Client Approval: We value your input and feedback. You will have the opportunity to review and approve the final package details before booking. We strive to ensure that all details are accurate and meet your expectations.

  10. Confidentiality: Your privacy is important to us. We will not disclose any personal information or details about your booking to third parties without your permission.

  11. Payment Adjustments:
    In the rare event of a payment discrepancy, such as an incorrect currency conversion or an error in the charged amount, we may need to adjust the payment accordingly. Should this occur, you will be notified promptly, and an updated payment request will be issued to cover any outstanding balance. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in resolving such matters swiftly.
