We went through one of the Majao Lifestyle processes, and while the trip turned out different from what we initially expected, it made the experience so much more enriching. As a bachata dancer, I was impressed by the high level of dancers, the vibrant dance community, and the exceptional teaching we received—some of the best I’ve ever had. Overall, the trip exceeded my expectations, and we’re already planning to come back.

Right from the first day, we went on a hike organized by Majao Lifestyle. We saw beautiful sights of the city and connected with Bachateros immediately. We felt welcomed right away and truly connected with the local dance community. The dancing level was fantastic, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Medellín—this has been one of the best trips of my life.

What I love most about the city is the people—so genuine and happy, it’s easy to connect and feel at home. The dancing here is incredible, even better than in DC, with a mix of styles like bachata and zouk. The supportive community ensures every dance is fun and memorable. I can’t wait to return and bring friends with me!
